- Care for and support CABA in their own homes and in their natural environments;
- Advocate and conduct public outreach and education for children’s rights;
- Build the capacity of caregivers especially, single parents to enhance their care and support structures; and
- Improve CABA welfare by re-integrating them back into the community and increasing their access to basic human needs such as education, health, security and protection and rights to property.
